If you're unable to connect, firstly ensure your server isn't restarting, another possibility is its down for maintenance, the latter can usually be confirmed via the DeVco forums. If you're sure the server is up and you're in the HUB relog, if you get this error in the multiplayer menu screen you are more than likely losing connection, either due to DeVco's net playing up (though that is normally an error with "proxy" in the name) or your own connection, if it's your own connection we can't cannot help you, or at least this Wiki cannot.
